- Each apartment has one bathroom (2 bathrooms for the 100m² apartment)
- The living area features a seating area with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
- A balcony or terrace completes the space
