A fresh and indulgent Provence rosé from Minuty

The estate

  • Founded in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, Château Minuty now spans 200 hectares of vineyards in Provence. A Cru Classé of the Côtes de Provence since 1955, the estate is managed by Jean-Étienne and François Matton. A global benchmark for luxury rosé, the estate is HVE Level 3 certified and has been part of the LVMH portfolio since 2022. It revolutionised the image of Provençal rosé with its iconic bottle, created in 1960.

The vineyard

  • This rosé is produced from the continental and maritime terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The vines benefit from the favourable climatic conditions unique to the Provence region, allowing for optimal ripening of the grapes and the characteristic expression of the rosé wines from this prestigious appellation.
  • Since 2018, Minuty has adorned the limited edition of this cuvée each year with a label designed through the sensory lens of a different artist. This 2025 edition was created by Lucia Vinti, an Italian illustrator based in London whose hand-drawn work (pencil, paint, collage) energetically celebrates people, places, food and culture in a colourful and joyful style.

Vinification and ageing

  • The M ‘Lucia Vinti' 2025 is produced using rigorous methods that prioritise freshness. The grapes are gently pressed before undergoing fermentation at a low temperature. No malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to preserve the wine's lively and fruity character.

Grape varieties

  • Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%), Tibouren (5%).
