From the great terroirs of Champagne, this R de Ruinart Brut stands out for its fine lines and incomparable bottle design, as well as for its elegance and refinement.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats is followed by malolactic fermentation. The dosage for this R de Ruinart Brut is 8g/l.

Blend

Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. 25-30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base are included in this Ruinart Brut.

Tasting

Color

A brilliant yellow color with subtle golden highlights. The effervescence is of great finesse, with a light, persistent cordon.

Nose

Fine and fruity, the nose of rare freshness blends varied aromas (pears, hazelnuts, almonds, acacia, hawthorn) with greedy notes of fresh butter and pastries.

Mouth
