Since then, he has specialized in the high-end segment of the market. Making tequila is an art form: the blue heart of the Weber agave is cooked for 72 hours in a brick oven and the juice harvested is then fermented and distilled twice. Maturation takes place in the village of Jesús Maria, where it can get as cold as 5°C at night. The tequila is also particularly valuable because of the handmade bottles from Santa Maria Canches. These ceramic bottles, reminiscent of a pepper mill, are decorated by hand and can be used as decorative objects once empty, such as lamps, candlesticks, or vases. These are just some of the ideas suggested by the manufacturers.
