Description
- Type:
- Vinification:\u00A0The cuvée consists of 50 to 60 different crus blended according to the traditional Yellow Label blend, specifically 44 to 48% Pinot Noir, 13 to 18% Meunier, and 25 to 29% Chardonnay. The blend includes a particularly high proportion (24 to 35%, sometimes 40%) of reserve wines from various vintages (usually 5 to 6), which ensure the consistency of the house style. Some of the reserve wines are up to 9 years old and are stored separately depending on the origin of the crus and the vintage. This blend is rounded out with 12% red wine made from red grapes, which are selected separately to give this rosé a special balance.
- Food pairing: Aperitifs, light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood.
- Aroma & Taste: The fresh opening is followed by a fruity, harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced, in the finest Veuve Clicquot tradition of a rosé champagne, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic. This deliciously full-bodied champagne can be savored as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in its prime, it makes a wonderful aperitif to enjoy in intimate moments for two or together with friends.
