Description
- Country: France
- Crus: a dozen different crus, preferably from the southern part of the Montagne de Reims - where the famous Côte de Bouzy is also located - including the terroirs of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. Grapes from selected plots are sorted and destemmed before being placed in vats. Maceration lasts from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the harvest, to obtain the unique color and, above all, the full fruit aromas of pinot noir. Aging: 5 years minimum.Cooking suggestions:its rich aromatic palette makes it the ideal companion for marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic cuisine, Parma ham and red fruit desserts. For those who dare, it can also accompany Asian or Indian dishes.Aroma & taste: An elegant color that naturally transitions from a beautiful, soft raspberry hue to salmon hues. A clean bouquet of exceptional freshness and a palette of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, black cherry. A pure, austere approach, yet round and supple. The fruity taste dominates the palate, resembling a basket of freshly picked red berries.
