After training, your body uses protein to repair and rebuild muscle fibers. Each serving contains 24 g of high-quality whey protein to support muscle growth and 5.5 g of naturally-occurring Bcaas. All with just 1.3 g fat, 0.8 g sugar and 1.1 g carbohydrates. The milkshake is best drunk in the morning and/or 30 minutes shortly before or immediately after training.
