- Vinification: Matured on the heart of the Serpaia estate, the wine matures for 8 months in large oak barrels, then completes its maturation period of 36 months in lightly toasted barriques. After a selection of the best barrels, the wine is bottled and then aged for 8 months in the bottle.
- Culinary recommendation: Dishes of dark meat from lamb, beef, venison and deer and roasted poultry.
- Aroma & taste: Its ruby red color is intense and compact. The bouquet reveals floral and fruity aromas, delicate notes of rose, violet, blackberry and cherry, with a finish of licorice, embellished with spicy notes. On the palate, it has an excellent structure, dense, enveloping and velvety, with a finely integrated tannin structure and an unexpectedly pleasant freshness.
