- Vinification: In many wine-growing regions, this grape variety is made strong and high in alcohol, but not at Endrizzi. To preserve the freshness, fermentation takes place at the lowest possible temperature in stainless steel. The aromas are deliberately enhanced by refining the wine on its own yeast. The result is a pleasantly light and aromatic wine.
- Culinary recommendation: Aperitifs, antipasti, salmon and other fish specialties.
- Aroma & Taste: The bouquet captivates with a delicate scent of Williams pear and white lilac, wonderfully dry, full and harmonious on the palate, with an elegant fruit acidity that gives the wine a natural freshness.
