- Culinary recommendation: Simple dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese - solid wines. A crispy fresh rösti fried in butter with cheese and bacon. You can also serve this wine after the main course. It stands on its own, as its aroma and palate are so dense and concentrated. However, it goes well with all types of game, poultry and lamb that have preferably been roasted rather than braised. Mature cheeses are excellent with it.
- Aroma & Flavor: Strong, dark dense red. A bundle of berries, pepper, vanilla and roasted aromas. A poem! Juicy, fruity and with a silky structure on the palate. The finish is almost irresistibly long - simply delicious. We recommend decanting this Syrah.
