- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful with beef - from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roasts from the oven. A perfect accompaniment to creamy risotto in all its facets - whether with saffron, porcini mushrooms, pumpkin or on its own.
- Aroma & flavor: De le Mur has a good concentration and is particularly balanced. In the mouth, it surprises with harmony, well-integrated tannins and notes of small red fruits, which alternate with an elegant spiciness. This interesting Sassella is characterized by finesse, freshness and minerality.
