- Vinification: Hand-picked after a strong yield reduction in summer. The Teroldego grapes are cooled down to 10°C in cooling cells, then gently destemmed and temperature-controlled, fermented at approx. 22°C in special Ganimede tanks. The grapes from Podere Maremmello are vinified on site, taking into account the varietal characteristics and their typicity.
- Culinary recommendation: Anytime! For pure pleasure... red too, of course.
- Aroma & taste: Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity, fragrant and persistent aroma with notes of ripe red fruit. The enveloping, soft, warm and harmonious taste lives up to the promise of the bouquet. From the start, it is a tasty and long wine with an excellent structure and an intense and personal aftertaste.
