- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful accompaniment to braised dishes of all kinds - whether lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco. A perfect accompaniment to creamy risotto in all its facets - whether with saffron, porcini mushrooms, pumpkin or on its own.
- Aroma & flavor: Dark garnet red with a multi-layered bouquet of wild berries, spicy nuances and rum pot. Concentrated on the palate with a lush body of cassis and pickled fruit with a lingering finish.
