- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful with beef - from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roasts from the oven. Wonderful companion to poultry dishes - from white meat such as chicken breast or dung scratchings to more intense varieties such as turkey, quail and so on. Pairs excellently with soft cheeses - from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
