  • Vinification: Hand-picked and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks. The wines are matured for 12 months, half in American and half in French oak. Barrels of different ages and toasted barrels are used to achieve great complexity without the roasted aromas dominating.
  • Culinary recommendation: Fondue Chinoise, Fondue Bourguignonne, Bratwurst and Rösti go perfectly. Grilled fish from the sea. Younger alpine cheeses. Paella with meat or without, with fish only - yes, that works too. Hot and cold tapas. Tortilla, preferably fresh and warm from the pan. Jamon Iberico, chorizo and lomo are also very suitable.
  • Aroma & flavor: A seductive nose of cinnamon, tobacco, vanilla and beguilingly ripe fruit. On the palate with an initially powerful attack, then soft and harmonious, spicy and ripe, again lots of preserved fruit and with a winey-sweet finish. It is long and pleasant.
