This Blanc de Blancs is vinified exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the company's own vineyards - a cuvée of twelve crus which, depending on the year, comprises 50-70% base wines and 30-50% reserve wines, including a permanent reserve. Aging takes place on the lees for at least three years, giving the champagne extra depth and structure. Dosage is less than 7 g/L, underscoring the wine's freshness and purity.Aroma & taste: Henriot Blanc de Blancs presents itself with remarkable generosity and depth. The nose reveals a complex aromatic interplay with notes of flambéed pineapple, fresh citrus, wet limestone and fine pastry.
