Henriot Rosé is made from a cuvée of the three classic Champagne grape varieties - pinot noir, chardonnay and meunier - and combines 60-80% wines from the current vintage and 20-40% reserve wines. Approximately 8-10% of the cuvée is made from a Pinot Noir still red wine from a selected plot in the Aÿ cru. This component gives the rosé its characteristic color and depth. Aged for at least three years, the dosage is less than 7 g/L - resulting in a rosé that masterfully combines freshness, minerality and elegance.Aroma & taste:Henriot Rosé presents itself with an unexpectedly fine and precise aromatic profile. The nose reveals fresh, elegant notes with pronounced minerality and discreet hints of fruit such as white currants. This chalky freshness continues on the palate, giving the champagne an almost powerful vivacity. The structure is as subtle as it is refined, revealing a combination of depth, freshness and clarity - a rosé of character and charm that surprises and enthrals.
