Only the musts from the said cuvée are used in the blend, i.e. only 80% of the grape juice obtained. Crus: over 100 different terroirs selected by Laurent-Perrier. "La Cuvée" benefits from a long period of maturation. The balance thus obtained and the wine's freshness allow for light dosage.
