- Vinification: Careful harvesting of the ripe grapes. After pressing, the first fermentation takes place before the sparkling wine fermentation is initiated in autoclaves with sugar and pure yeasts. The Prosecco is then matured on the fine lees before being filtered and bottled.
- Culinary recommendation: Perfect with aperitifs accompanied by antipasti, tapas and grilled fish. In Italy, this foam is also served with dessert. Panettone or sweet delicacies made from puff pastry are excellent with it.
- Aroma & Taste: Dry, straightforward and elegant, with a lovely freshness and persistence on the finish.
