- Type:
- Vinification: Light pressing with a short cold maceration of the grape skins. Primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 18/19°C, with selected yeasts. The young wine rests on the fine lees for a few weeks, followed by the second fermentation phase, which lasts 20/25 days at 18°C. Casa Vittorino then rests on the lees for a few weeks. After bottling, there is a further period in the bottle for final ageing.

- Aroma & Taste: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine yeasty aroma, full-bodied, harmonious, dry. Complex bouquet of white flowers, honeydew melons and bananas paired with a fresh and spicy taste, a full-bodied, elegant, pure Prosecco.
