- Vinification: The Jader is made from grapes from the best vineyards, selected according to precise rules. The base wine is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature before the sparkling wine fermentation is initiated in autoclaves with sugar and pure yeasts. The Spumante Jader is then matured on the fine lees before being filtered and bottled.
- Culinary recommendation: Perfect as an aperitif, but also with fish, seafood and truffles or served with a good dessert.
- Aroma & Taste: A pale straw yellow in color. Intense aroma on the nose with a hint of fresh flowers and fine fruit. On the palate, the Spumante Brut Cuvée Jadér is fresh and aromatic. The perlage is fine and persistent.
