- Vinification: 100% Merlot from the Mendrisiotto growing region. Vinification and ageing for 10 months in French barrique barrels with a new wood content of 45% and 55% on the fine lees.
- Culinary recommendation: A perfect accompaniment to salmon - whether grilled, smoked, steamed or simply marinated raw. A wonderful accompaniment to poultry dishes - from white meat such as chicken breast or dung scratchings to more intense varieties such as turkey, quail and so on.
- Aroma & Taste: The wine is straw yellow in the glass with an aroma of elderflower. On the palate, the Roncaia Bianco is balanced with a light aroma of vanilla pod.
