- Vinification: After a few hours of maceration, the wine is pressed. Fermentation initiated with pure yeasts at temperatures between 15 - 17°C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks. 20% in used barriques.
- Culinary recommendation: Antipasti, fish (salmon) and white meat dishes.
- Aroma & Taste: The complex aromas of fresh lemons and apricots are gently underpinned by its beguiling vanilla note. Wonderfully harmonious and balanced on the palate, the wine is simultaneously powerful and elegant, creamy and fresh.
