- Vinification: Each grape variety for the wine einfach fein WEISS is first vinified and matured separately. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in crates. The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed in the cellar. The resulting must is naturally clarified and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The young wines then mature for a while on the fine lees. At the beginning of the new year, the different batches are tasted and the cuvée is created. The wine then remains on the fine lees for some time before being gently filtered and bottled in the spring.
- Culinary recommendation: Aperitifs and light starters.
- Aroma & Taste: On the nose, beautiful mineral notes are combined with fruity aromas of green apple and a hint of exotic fruit such as kiwi. Soft, fruity attack on the palate, well-structured acidity with a slight astringency and lingering saltiness on the finish.
