- Aroma & Taste: The aroma palette on the nose is complex and wide-ranging. It ranges from yellow fruits to floral notes and subtle brioche tones. On the palate, there is a lot of melting and a silky texture, which is contrasted by the animating acidity. The wine ends with a long, mineral finish.
