- Raffo Ricetta Originale, enriched with Puglia barley, is a light lager with a smooth structure, marked by a dry, refreshing flavor, with a slight bitterness on the finish.\nThe most recent expression, Raffo Lavorazione Grezza (new since 2024), is an unfiltered lager made with unrefined Apulian cereals. It is characterized by a veiled appearance, a round, pleasant taste, with malty aromas and a touch of hops on the finish. Ideally enjoyed very cold, in the local "croccante" (crunchy) tradition.\nGeneral characteristics:\nType: Bottom-fermented lager.\nAlcohol content: Approx. 4.7% for the classic recipe, 4.8% for the grezza version.\nTypical ingredients: Water, barley malt (some from Puglia), granturco corn, hops.
