- Making: Two years after the launch of the first Amázzoni Gin, a new gin was produced in Brazil. The preparation has changed. In addition to the classic cold-pressed botanical infusion, some solid botanicals were added directly to the still: Juniper, coriander and lemon peel. Other botanicals include pink pepper, bay leaves, mandarin, cocoa, Brazilian chestnut and Victoria Regia. (Two ingredients have been removed from the classic Amázzoni recipe: Maxixe and Cipó Cravo.)
