- Production: After macerating the pineapple peels for a week with Plantation 3 Stars White, the macerate is distilled in Pot Stills. The pineapple flesh is macerated separately with Plantation Original Brown Rum for three months, allowing the fruit to fully develop its aromas. Finally, the two rums combined into a cuvée are aged in wooden barrels for three months.
