- Aroma and taste: This Plantation Special Edition rum is an excellent Pot Still rum that was first stored for 8 years in Borbon casks in tropical Jamaica, before being matured for 2 years at Château de Bonbonnet in Ferrand cognac casks. On the palate, fruity aromas of banana, plum and peach are followed by spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. The finish further reveals nuances of roasted coffee, almond and mint.
