- Vinification: The Derechero de Muniesa, a unique autochthonous grape variety, thrives at an altitude of 800 meters in the Teruel region of Aragón. The vineyards are located in Muniesa, 20 km from Bodegas TEMPORE. Cultivated on clay soils and in a cold, extreme climate, the wine undergoes careful fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention. After a gentle pressing, the Derechero matures for 6 months in French barriques.
- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful with beef - from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roasts from the oven. Harmonizes perfectly with various blue cheeses - from Gorgonzola to Roquefort and Blue Stilton.
- Aroma & taste: The Derechero presents itself in a ruby red color, clear and intense. Its vibrant coloring holds an elegant palette of aromas of strawberries and raspberries, which blend harmoniously with nuances of caramel and toffee.
