- Vinification: This wine comes from the Pago de las Solanas, a unique, south-facing vineyard in Olivares de Duero, in the middle of the Milla de Oro of the Ribera del Duero. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand before the wine is aged for 21 months in new French oak barrels, which gives it depth and elegance.
- Culinary recommendation: Ideal with roasted or braised meat, game, Iberian ham and mature cheeses. Tip: Try it with dark chocolate for a surprising taste experience. To develop its full aroma, be sure to open the wine a little earlier before drinking and, ideally, decant it.
- Aroma & flavor: Intense cardinal red with a cherry-red rim, aromas of ripe black fruit, cocoa, fine woods and spices on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with velvety tannins, fine roasted notes and a harmonious balance between power and finesse.
