- Vinification: CM Viña Garugele is a wine from a vineyard planted in 1940 and personally selected by Carlos Moro to produce an excellent Tempranillo red wine. After alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. The maturation in French oak barrels with gentle toasting accompanies the fruity characteristics of the Tempranillo.
- Culinary recommendation: Perfect accompaniment to intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes - whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ pieces or poultry. Excellent with mature hard cheeses - from Parmigiano Reggiano and Sbrinz to Pecorino or older Alpine cheeses.
- Aroma & flavor: Aromas of fine black fruits and ripe red berries present themselves in the aroma. Fine tannins on the palate with great length and freshness round off the multi-layered character.
