Description
- Country: Spain
- Region: Ribera del Duero
- Vinification: The Tempranillo vines come from vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the Duero river in Valladolid, one of the best areas for growing high-quality Tempranillo grapes. After careful selection, the wine is aged in selected American and French barriques for at least 12 months, followed by a further 12 months in the bottle before the Crianza is released onto the market.
- Culinary recommendation: An excellent accompaniment to pasta dishes - whether tagliatelle al ragù, spaghetti al limone or other creations. Excellent with soft cheeses - from Camenbert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
- Aroma & flavor: A multi-layered Crianza that embodies the ripeness of black fruits and soft spices with a hint of rosemary and clove. Its intense and flavorful presence on the palate is accompanied by remarkable persistence and balance. A wine that shows the perfect balance between fruit and wood, with an elegant and lingering finish.
