Description
- Country: Spain
- Region: Rioja
- Vinification: Tempranillo and Graciano are vinified and matured separately. Alcoholic fermentation takes place over 7 days at a controlled temperature. After spontaneous malolactic fermentation, they are matured separately: 50% in toasted barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine matured for a further three months in the bottle.
- Culinary recommendation: Ideal with Iberian ham, pasta, grilled meat or vegetables and especially with the local potato dishes in Rioja.
- Aroma & Flavor: The Terroir de Zinio 200 presents itself in the glass with a medium ruby red color. The nose is dominated by a pronounced intensity of red and black fruits, enriched by a hint of vanilla and spices. A velvety texture unfolds on the palate, which is balanced and gives a pleasant mouthfeel. The fruity character remains present and is accompanied by a refreshing note. The finish reveals a harmonious balance that rounds off the enjoyment of this wine.
