- Vinification: The grapes are harvested in September and fermented in French oak barrels. The wine first matures in stainless steel tanks until January of the following year and is then aged for 14-20 months in 100% new barriques. Once the wine has been bottled, it rests for a further 15 months at the Alion winery.
- Culinary recommendation: Roast poultry such as chicken, duck or wild fowl, grilled lamb and beef or with hard cheeses that are not too mature.
- Aroma & flavor: Plums and coffee on the deep nose, black fruit and fine tobacco sweetness round off the dense nose. Velvety attack with elegant tannins and the typical Tempranillo sweetness, black cherries, dried kitchen herbs, some eucalyptus and a wonderfully creamy extract.
