Château Soleil Graf von Neipperg 2016 - 75 cl

Description

  • Country: France
  • Region: Bordeaux
  • Vinification: Winemaking by the renowned winemaker Stephan von Neipperg is characterized by a precise process. Fermentation is slow and controlled in concrete tanks, with gentle extractions and parcel-by-parcel vinification contributing to the quality. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. Ageing takes place over a period of 12 to 18 months in one-third new barriques, one-third one-year-old barriques and one-third two-year-old barriques. This careful approach is reflected in the fine quality of the wine.
  • Culinary recommendation: A wonderful accompaniment to all kinds of braised dishes - whether lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco.
  • Aroma & flavor: Château Soleil impresses with roasted wood notes, balsamic undertones and the intensity of cherry fruit. The palate impresses with power without losing its balance. The liveliness of the wine is maintained by juicy fruit flavors, giving it a remarkable elegance and drinking pleasure. Fine acidity, delicate tannins and a subtle mineral tint complete this harmonious taste profile.
