Description
- Country: France
- Region: Bordeaux
- Vinification: Matured in barriques
- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful with beef - from steaks and stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roasts from the oven. A wonderful accompaniment to braised dishes of all kinds - whether lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco.
- Aroma & Taste: Like its big brother, the Echo de Lynch-Bages displays the characteristic taste, aromas and length of the Pauillac wines. As an echo of the first wine, it receives the same care and attention from the vine to the cellar. It is the result of a selection of Lynch-Bages' youngest vines and specific parcels, which account for between 25% and 40% of the harvest, depending on the vintage. The Echo de Lynch-Bages is round, soft and seductive in its youth and has excellent potential for bottle age.
