Description
- Country: Switzerland
- Region: Graubünden
- Vinification: Highly ripe and selected Pinot Noir grapes are aged for 12 months in barriques.
- Culinary recommendation: Meat dishes of pork, veal, beef, lamb or game, matured cheese and Grisons specialties.
- Aroma & taste: The multi-layered bouquet of the Ulysses impresses with a lively Burgundy fruit. Notes of dark fruits such as blackberries, cherries and plums, accompanied by fine, subtle wood and tobacco notes from the barrique ageing. A playful, fruity attack on the palate, followed by a transition to an increasingly blossoming Pinot Noir aroma. Finishes with finely polished tannins, elegance and great length.
