The grapes are harvested and pressed separately on the vineyards. After several tastings, the blend is determined and then matured for 17 months in oak barrels.

- Aroma & flavor: Notes of cherries and blackberries, as well as spicy and roasted aromas such as mocha, liquorice, cloves and dark chocolate contribute to the very harmonious and complex nose. Soft, full attack. Very elegant and balanced with ripe, powerful tannins. Remarkable structure and body with a long-lasting, fresh and harmonious finish. It is recommended to open the wine one hour before drinking.
