- Vinification: 12 days of maceration in steel tanks and maturation for 12/18 months in 6000 liter wooden barrels. Very little of it is also in barrique.
- Culinary recommendation: Lamb, game and strong alpine cheese. Salametti, dried meat, bresaola. Also very good slightly chilled.
- Aroma & taste: In the nose, spicy notes play a little duet with a dark berry fruit, gently interwoven and always revealing new scents on longer smelling, on the palate very soft for a Nebbiolo, slightly flowing, the classic tannin is still noticeable, but contributes to the harmony instead of dominating, medium body, juicy and rounded.
