- Aroma & flavor: Open bouquet of red cherries, dried fruits and sweet spices, soft flowing body on the palate with an enormously delicate fruit, ripe plums and cinnamon notes accompanied by an elegant tannin structure, the fruit acidity is present but here compelling for the strong dishes of the season.
