The south-facing, terraced vineyards around the San Lorenzo monastery, situated at an average altitude of 500 meters, are bathed in sunlight from sunrise to sunset. Maceration on the skins for 12 days, followed by maturation for 6 months in 2500-liter barrels.
- Culinary recommendation: Wonderful with antipasti in all forms - from olives and pickles to vitello tonnato and bruschette. Goes very well with a wide variety of pork - from short roasts and roasts to sweet and sour dishes.
