- Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected on the vibrating belt in the wine cellar. Destemming and soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 28 °C for a period of 14 to 21 days. 40% of the volume is matured for at least 4 months in used French oak barrels, the rest in steel tanks.
- Culinary recommendation: Pasta variations, meat dishes, terrines and mild cheeses.
- Aroma & flavor: Appealing fruitiness with aromas of wild berries, cassis and stone fruit, combined with a slight spiciness. Mouth-filling body, elegant with fresh fruit and a fine oak insert, dried herbs. Overall very rounded and easy to drink.
