- Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected on the vibrating belt in the wine cellar. Destemming and soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel conical fermenters for 3-4 weeks at 28°C, malolactic fermentation in barriques for 25% of the mass, the rest in steel tanks. A part of the wine matures for 12 months in new and second French oak barrels, the remaining 10% of the volume remains in steel tanks.

- Aroma & Taste: Il Pino has a ruby red color with violet reflections. In the glass, the wine shows an intense red color, surrounded by brilliant reflections reminiscent of rubies. The nose is a firework of aromas of red berries and cherries, accompanied by peppery notes mixed with the myrtle of the Mediterranean scrub. These merge with the toasted notes lent by the wood. On the palate, a lively and persistent acidity that brings a lot of freshness. All this is reinforced by soft tannins that give this enchanting wine great suppleness.
