- Culinary recommendation: With strong, dark meat dishes of beef, lamb, venison, also with mushroom dishes and truffles.
- Aroma & flavor: Intense aroma of dark, small and ripe berries. Elegant and multi-layered structure on the palate. The finish is long and very aromatic.
