  • Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected on the vibrating belt in the wine cellar. Destemming and soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 28 °C for a period of 14 to 21 days. 40% of the volume is matured for at least 4 months in used French oak barrels, the rest in steel tanks.
  • Culinary recommendation: Pasta variations, meat dishes, terrines and mild cheeses.
  • Aroma & flavor: Appealing fruitiness with aromas of wild berries, cassis and stone fruit, combined with a slight spiciness and underpinned by a fine minerality. Mouth-filling body, elegantly flowing with fresh red fruits, fine oak set, a little dried kitchen herbs, overall very rounded and easy to drink.
