- Aroma & Taste : The Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut is the non-millésime cuvée of the traditional champagne house Bollinger and represents its powerful yet elegant style. It consists mainly of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier, with a large proportion of reserve wines giving the champagne depth and consistency. In the glass, it has a warm, golden glow with a fine, velvety perlage. The nose and palate reveal complex aromas of ripe fruit such as pear and peach, brioche and spicy notes with slightly nutty accents, which are complemented by a pleasant freshness and structure. The finish is long, harmonious and conveys the characteristic balance of finesse, depth and lively elegance of this champagne.
