Description
- From the Lalande de Pomerol AOC appellation, in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region, this red wine is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It captivates with its delicate and complex nose, revealing aromas of ripe plums, Damascus plums, and blackcurrants. On the palate, notes of oak and leather harmonize with generous black fruit, resulting in an elegant, spicy, and perfectly balanced wine. Its long, rich, and velvety finish reveals the full character of its terroir.
- Aged in barrels, it develops beautiful aromatic complexity and excellent aging potential. Best served between 16 and 18 °C, it pairs perfectly with steaks, roast beef, beef Stroganoff, steak tartare, or braised meats.
