- How to consume it:
- Drink: Place 1g of matcha (i.e. a level teaspoon) in a bowl and then pour 70ml of water at 70-75°C. As matcha is a ground tea, you don't infuse it, you blend it!
- Stir for a few seconds with a traditional whisk or an electric frother until you get a nice froth, and drink as a traditional matcha.
- Complement your preparation with more water if you like, or with milk for a comforting matcha latte.
- We recommend oat milk.
- If, a few minutes after brewing, the matcha has a slight tendency to sink to the bottom of your cup, this is a very good sign!
- Give it a gentle flick of the wrist to stir, and enjoy its thousand virtues.
- CUISINE: This matcha tea can also be used as an ingredient in recipes.
