- HOW TO COSUME IT?
- Drink: Place 1g of matcha (i.e. a level teaspoon) in a bowl, then pour in 70ml of water at 70-75°C.
- As matcha is a ground tea, you don't infuse it, you blend it! Whisk for a few seconds with a traditional whisk or an electric frother until you get a nice froth, then drink as a traditional matcha.
- Complete your preparation with more water if you like, or with milk for a comforting matcha latte.
- We recommend oat milk.
- If, a few minutes after preparation, the matcha has a slight tendency to reach the bottom of your cup, know that this is a very good sign!
- Give a gentle flick of the wrist to stir, and enjoy its thousand virtues.
- CUISINE:This matcha tea can also be used as an ingredient in recipes. For treats bursting with goodness, there's no limit to the ways you can use this green tea: pastries, ice creams, smoothies...!
